I filed for bankruptcy protection can you still buy my house?
If you are under the jurisdiction of a bankruptcy court only a bankruptcy judge can authorize the sale of your house. You may need to wait until you exit bankruptcy. Your bankruptcy attorney should be able to help you understand what your options are. If you haven't filed yet, you can give us a call. If we buy your house, you may not need to file bankruptcy.
How much do you charge?
Our services are free. You should never pay any fees for these types of services.
